I had the opportunity to speak about “Empowering Startup Ecosystems with Strategic UX” and shared key shifts that I see fueling the growth of UX in the startup ecosystem: UX & Advanced Technology Synergy, Integrated Customer Journeys, Unified Experience Vision & Strategic Alignment, Targeted SDG Impact, Optimization Framework for Improvement.
I also highlighted a recent experience of defining impact KPAs aligned with SDG using UX design principles.
