Throughout my career I’ve walked into organizations where experience design had no established presence. Yet design has been my constant lever for shifting thinking and creating outcomes. Today through D-Pathways I bring that lens to strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and AI-era challenges, where experience design has an opportunity to shape outcomes but hasn’t yet found its place.
Outside of work, I’ve built myself from scratch to be a photo-artist, co-founder of a community confluence, a full marathoner, and a columnist. The discipline, the people instinct, the creative eye – they show up in the work constantly.
This website is a record of my journey. It covers my work, the thinking, the building, the coaching, the community, and the making of them. All of it shapes how I see, and what I bring.
