Grace’ – From knowing how much to smile vs where to stop, knowing what to edit in an image vs what to retain, knowing when to escalate things at work vs when to handle it on your own, when to be assertive vs when to give in, when to involve a team vs when to drive things independently, knowing when to push hard vs when to ease on a goal, knowing how much to persist on a desire vs when to let go, how much to take on for busy life vs how much to relax for a still life, knowing when to attach vs when exactly to detach, knowing when to take leave at a fun party where the going is all great, knowing when to pass on all materialistic possessions, hard work, glory and fame to successors – it is all in how we hit that right measure of balance that indeed defines a simple word called ‘grace’!
